Guidance Description: The Opiates Service provides assessment and treatment services to people who are experiencing opiate addiction problems. Services include substitution medication; harm reduction services and talking therapies; community & inpatient detox; full needs assessment for access to residential rehabilitation; facilitated access to mutual aid and other recovery activities and opportunities and Needle Exchange facilities.

Referral – self or professional. An initial assessment appointment will be offered within one week.

Drop-in service available Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm in Sheffield City Centre at The Fitzwilliam Centre, S1 4JP.
