Description Details:  Patient referral into the service for weight loss and healthy lifestyle support.  Also to currently start bariatric pathway until there is a Tier 3 service in Sheffield.

New Weight Management Service provider from 1st April 2019

From 1st April 2019, there is a new provider of weight management services

The service is called Live Lighter and is provided by Zest Community based in Netherthorpe

Please do not make any more referrals to Why Weight Sheffield
