Sheffield Eating Disorders Service

Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust provide support and treatment to people aged 16 and over who have a moderate or severe eating disorder, such as anorexia or bulimia. The service can be contacted on 0114 271 6938. Copies of their referral form and guidance are attached below.

SYEDA (South Yorkshire Eating Disorders Association)

SYEDA provide treatment which may be one to one therapeutic and practical support for people experiencing eating disorders and for families and friends. They also facilitate support groups, and deliver education and training sessions in schools, colleges, to professionals and the wider community.

Sheffield Eating Disorder Assessment Treatment Team (SEDATT)
