Description: Community Support worker Service is a city-wide wellbeing and preventative service, that offers early support for adults who are vulnerable due to health, wellbeing, or situation. Our aim is to prevent things from getting worse and help adults with accessing the right support at the right time, and work towards living an independent, safe and well life in the community.
