3 step guidance on how to refer a patient to one of the daily TIA Clinics. The stroke service at STH has recently changed the TIA referral proforma to reflect the new RCP National Clinical Stroke guidelines (October 2016). One of the key changes is that the ABCD2 score is no longer used.
