All The Pathway has been updated in line with the requirements of the SY&B Commissioning for Outcomes Policy in relation to conservative management requirements.

Referrals for Carpel Tunnel should be sent via the 'MSK Sheffield' service using ERS. All providers (including Primary Provider) are available as a choice provider for your patient, accessed via the MSK single point of access. Direct referrals to Primary Provider will not be accepted.

Please complete the MSK referral form and send via ERS. This should be booked to either 'Orthopaedics - hand and wrist', or 'Plastics – upper limb' on the ERS system.
